Anrechnung

The Willem C. Vis Moot is well integrated into the study programmes at the Law Faculty of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. There are numerous possibilities for credit recognition, which allow students from all semesters to integrate the Moot into their studies. For the Staatsexamensstudiengang (PO 2008), the following credit recognition options are available:

• Specialisations 3 or 4a–c (4 SWS) with an oral examination (not with Studienarbeit)
• BZQ I (10 SP)
• BZQ II (5 SP)
• Extension of the deadline for the Freiversuch (“Freischuss”) by one semester according to § 13 Abs. 2 Nr. 8 JAO

Note: Multiple use is not possible, i.e. either Schwerpunkt or BZQ I or BZQ II or extension of the Freiversuch.

For students in master’s programmes, the Willem C. Vis Moot can usually also be well integrated.These credit recognitoion options are subject to change.
